If you have ordered goods incorrectly, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Returns of correctly supplied goods must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and carriage paid by the customer and may be subject to a re-stocking charge (at our discretion) to cover our expenses.
* Please note that exchanged items may be subject to re-delivery and administration charges at our discretion: This includes orders which were originally subject to our “free delivery” offer. We can advise you of these charges upon request.

If you are unhappy with your product, or any product covered by our warranty fails, you must first inform us that you wish to make a return. You can do this by any method using our 'contact details' page (please submit page link here)
We require the following information for all returns in order for us to issue an RMA number:

Your full name and contact details.

Details of the product you are returning.

The reasons for the return.

Your purchase number, the date of purchase and product code.
We will not accept any returns if you have not contacted us first and have not been given an RMA number that has not been displayed clearly in the box. Even if we have signed for the goods, a refund will not be issued.
We will ensure to rectify the situation as promptly as possible and will exchange/refund as appropriate.
Returning goods covered by our warranty

You are responsible for all postage costs when returning goods.

You are responsible if any postage fees apply in order to send you a replacement product.

If products that have been returned as faulty are proved to be in full working order by our company or manufacturer, the customer is responsible for any postage payable to return the goods. Please be aware that this could include international postage fees. The customer will then have 14 days to pay these charges or the goods will be disposed of or sold as seconds to cover costs.

Special/customs orders are non refundable.
Making Returns and our terms

We will accept returns on orders as long as we are notified within 14 days.

Please notify us via our RMA request page, email or telephone to inform us you wish to make a return.

All returns will only be accepted if they are received back to us in an unused condition, packaged in a suitable way and complete with an issued RMA number.

You are responsible for all postage costs incurred.

If we have supplied you with faulty or incorrect goods, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then replace or refund these goods for you and reimburse all reasonable costs incurred for postage. Proof of postage is required.

If your goods have been damaged in transit, please keep all the documentation and inform us within 3 days so that we can give you returns instructions and issue you with an RMA number.
If you have any doubts about your order, it may be best to contact us first for advice, or only order one item in the beginning to make sure it is the correct product for you.
