Refunds

 

We try to ensure that all orders placed with us are delivered and dispatched in a timely manner. However, if for any reason out-with our control, we are unable to complete a transaction within 28 days of receiving the order, we will offer you a full refund of any monies paid should you wish.

 

Any refunds due from us against returned goods will be issued as soon as we have received the goods back to us in an unused and undamaged condition.

Product Warranty

 

All of our LED products come with a standard 1 year warranty. Should your LED product fail within one year, and we have established proof of purchase, we will offer you a replacement product. If your purchased product is no longer available, we will offer you 40% discount on another similar product of your choice.

 

Due to the nature of Halogen and CFL products, no warranty is available for these particular products.

European Lighting Company LTD do not manufacture any of their own products and only sell only 3^rd party products from our selected manufacturers. We try to ensure that as much information relating to each individual product is as accurate as possible and that the manufacturers own safety standards are in place. However, full responsibility for the product, out-with the product warranty, remains with the manufacturer, and any other issues regarding a product should be taken up with them directly. Details of our suppliers are available upon request once relevance of the issue relating to the product, along with proof of purchase, has been ascertained by us. We reserve the right to withhold details of our suppliers if we see no relevance that the issue relates to the product you purchased from us, or proof of purchase has not been ascertained.

 

It is also the customers duty to ensure that the product they are ordering is suitable for the application or appliance they intend to use it with. European Lighting Company LTD are not responsible for damages that may arise due to incompatibility of our products with your own appliance or application. We endeavour to supply as much information as we can about product compatibility, however it is the customers responsibility to seek information from the application or appliance manufacturer if they are unsure regarding compatibility.

 

Retention of Title

 

Retention of title on all goods remain with the company until full payment has been made and payment has been cleared by the bank.
